ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Sheetz officials say they’re celebrating Truck Driver Appreciation Week by cutting diesel fuel prices.
They announced Thursday they’re reducing diesel prices by 35 cents per gallon at all their locations.
It’s the 35th year for Truck Driver Appreciation year.
Sheetz says they’re also decreasing their diesel exhaust fluid prices to 99 cents per gallon at the pump.
“Truck drivers positively impact the fabric of everyday American life,” said Travis Sheetz, President & CEO of Sheetz. “They are truly the backbone of this country and, as a company, we are committed to showing our appreciation. Our hope through this is to provide extended offers that will be beneficial to them and involve the public so we can shine a light on the hard work these drivers do.”
They say the price cuts will begin Labor Day and end Sept. 16.
