2ND UPDATE |Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — Charges have been filed against an Altoona man who attempted to rob the Frankstown Road Sheetz in Blair County Thursday. Online court dockets show that James Clemens, 44, was arraigned Friday and is currently being held at the Blair County Prison after being unable to post bail. Court dockets show Clemens has been charged with one felony count of robbery with threat of immediate serious injury, one felony count of aggravated assault with attempt to cause serious bodily injury, one felony count of aggravated assault with attempt to cause bodily injury with a deadly weapon, one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize, one count of possession of an instrument of crime with intent and one count of simple assault.
