As many know, Tim underwent kidney transplant surgery Thursday in Pittsburgh. Tim's brother, State Rep. Jim Rigby, was a perfect match and was cleared by doctors to donate his kidney to Tim. Coroner called to reported plane crash scene in Cambria County; FAA provides new info

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — UPDATE | In a statement given by the Federal Aviation Administration, it was announced that a twin-engine Piper PA-30 crashed in a wooded area of Cambria County just before 4 p.m. According to the Cambria County Coroners Office, there were two people on board at the time and both were pronounced dead at the scene. The statement says that the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate and updates will be provided as more information becomes available. [Read More]

James Franklin hires new offensive line coach

STATE COLLEGE---Former offensive line coach Herb Hand left Penn State for Auburn Monday. James Franklin didn't waste any time hiring his replacement.

Franklin hired Matt Limegrover Wednesday, the former offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Minnesota. He also served as the assistant head coach under former Gophers coach Jerry Kill the past two seasons.

Limegrover, a Pittsburgh Central Catholic graduate, has 25 years of coaching experience.

Man stabbed other man in neck after setting items on fire inside Bellefonte apartment building

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities with the Bellefonte Borough Police Department say a Centre County man is facing attempted homicide charges after he reportedly stabbed another man in the neck Monday night inside a Bellefonte apartment building. Domestic dispute turns into fatal stabbing

EVERETT, Pa. (WJAC) — Police responding to a 911 call say a woman is dead after being stabbed during a domestic dispute in Everett. Pennsylvania State Police in Bedford say 41-year-old Bernard Jones Jr. grabbed a knife from a kitchen and stabbed Lekevia Bush, 41. The stabbing happened just before 2 a.m. Tuesday at a home along West main Street, according to PSP.
