Former Steelers LB Robert Spillane signs 2-year deal with Raiders

According to multiple reports, former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Robert Spillane has reportedly agreed to a two-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders.
The deal is reportedly worth $9 million, with $4 million guaranteed.
Spillane spent the past four seasons in Pittsburgh, playing in 50 total games and recording 191 total tackles.

San Francisco removes flag used by Jan. 6 rioters from city hall
SAN FRANCISCO (TND) — San Francisco officials on Saturday took down a flag from its city hall flown by some protesters during the Jan. 6, 2021 riots.

Some health care professionals concerned with PA licensing system
Some health care professionals are voicing concern over Pennsylvania's new multimillion-dollar licensing system, saying it's inefficient and it's creating barriers when it comes to hiring licensed professionals like nurses.
The state uses the system to issue licenses for 255 professions across the state including everything from barbers to nurses.
The system was rolled out in 2016 to help streamline the licensing process. A spokesperson for the Department of State said the system helps make the online application for licenses more user friendly, eliminates the use of paper records, and helps maintain privacy and security.

Immigration day educates students about their history
ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Sixth-grade students at Logan Elementary in Altoona hosted their annual immigration day event for their families.
The students looked into their own history and were asked to find out where their ancestors came from.
Students also researched why their families came to America and what their ancestors did when they got here. Each student made a display showing his or her family history and cooked ethnic foods to share.
