Three construction workers killed in crash on I-83 in York Co., road reopened

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — UPDATE | Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that three construction workers were killed in Tuesday morning's crash. Investigators say that a box truck, driven by a 24-year-old, crashed into a construction vehicle in an active work zone.
