That's what organizers are saying about a Vietnam War exhibit coming to the Bedford American Legion.
For the tenth year now, the Bedford County Vietnam Veterans Association is holding an exhibition of their personal effects from the war.
This year comes with a change of venue as the exhibit will be on display at the Bedford American Legion.
The purpose of the display is to educate the younger generations, mostly school students, about the veterans’ role in the Vietnam War.

2 dead, 7 injured after shooting in Pennsylvania
PENN HILLS, Pa. (TND) — Two people are dead and seven are injured after a shooting early Sunday in Pennsylvania.
The Allegheny County Police Department said reports of a shooting in Penn Hills first came in around 2:53 a.m. First responders found two people dead, a woman and a man, inside Ballers Hookah Lounge and Cigar Bar.
They also found seven additional victims, one of whom is in critical condition, police said.

Baltimore man arrested, charged in fatal stabbing death after dispute at apartment
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore City Police have made an arrest in a fatal stabbing that occurred in July. Back on July 28, 2022, at approximately 6:07PM, officers responded to a cutting in the 600 block of W. Lexington Street.
Upon arrival, officers found 50-year-old Peter Riley inside an apartment suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.
Police also found the suspect, 56-year-old Jeffrey Chaney, inside the same apartment, along with the weapon.

Penn State suspends Phi Kappa Psi fraternity for 'social violation'
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa (WJAC) — Penn State has placed the Lambda chapter of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity on an interim suspension for a "social violation," according to a release.
University officials say that the fraternity hosted a gathering on Tuesday, August 18th, which "exceeded state and local government directives and directly violated the University’s policy which states 'no socials of any kind' will be approved for Greek-life organizations amid COVID-19 concerns.

Tyrone woman charged with animal cruelty and child endangerment after dead pets found in her home
A 37-year-old Tyrone woman has been charged, after police allegedly found a dead cat and dog in her home.
Tyrone police executed a search warrant at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at Roberta Ewing’s Bald Eagle Avenue home.
According to a probable-cause affidavit, during the search police found a dead pit bull terrier in the home, as well as a dead cat in a soda case on the basement steps.
The home was allegedly littered with trash and animal feces, with barely any floor showing, according to the affidavit.

5 charged in string of sexual assaults, trafficking throughout Altoona, police say
UPDATE:ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Altoona police say, as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, all of the suspects are in custody.
ORIGINAL:Altoona police say five men are facing charges related to a string of sexual assaults and human trafficking within the city.
According to the Altoona Police Department, investigators have been working on several open sexual assault cases.

Altoona club prepares for annual Christmas tree sale
ALTOONA, Pa (WJAC) — The Eldorado Kiwanis Club in Altoona is gearing up for its annual Christmas tree sale, one they've done for more than 50 years.
The sale benefits the Teener baseball league and the Miracle League's special needs baseball field in Blair County.
Many types of trees are available, and the money is used to cover the costs of upkeeping the fields.

Pirates' Jung Ho Kang investigated for sexual assault claim
CHICAGO (AP) Chicago police said Tuesday that they are investigating an allegation of sexual assault against Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Jung Ho Kang.
In a statement, police said a 23-year-old female reported being assaulted by Kang inside a hotel. Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the Chicago woman met Kang through a dating app. Kang invited the woman to his hotel room on June 17, after the Pirates played the Cubs.
The woman said she blacked out, then drifted in and out of consciousness as he sexually assaulted her.
